Understanding Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a client disputes a payment with their bank or credit card issuer, leading to a reversal of the transaction. While we recognize chargebacks may arise, we encourage all clients to contact us directly to address any concerns before filing a dispute.


Resolution Process Before Filing a Chargeback

We strive to provide clear communication and resolution. If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@mecieandco.com or 404-850-9877 within 7 days of the incident. Common concerns include:

Questions about billing or charges.

Dissatisfaction with a coaching session or service.

Misunderstandings about deliverables or agreements.

Our team is committed to addressing concerns promptly and resolving them within 72 hours.

 

Filing a Chargeback Without Prior Communication

If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we will:

Conduct an internal review and provide documentation (e.g., signed contracts, session attendance records, communication logs) to the card issuer.

Await the decision from the bank or credit card company based on the evidence provided.


No-Refund Policy for Delivered Services

Due to the nature of financial coaching services, all payments are final once sessions, resources, or consultations have been delivered as agreed. Refunds or credits will not be issued unless explicitly stated in our agreement.


Fraudulent Chargeback Claims

Filing a chargeback for services rendered in full or without legitimate cause may be considered fraudulent. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

Terminate the coaching agreement immediately.

Pursue legal action to recover any associated fees or losses.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To avoid disputes, please review our Terms & Conditions. We clearly outline procedures for rescheduling or canceling sessions and associated fees.


Chargeback Fees

If a chargeback is deemed invalid, we reserve the right to recover any fees or costs incurred from the client.
