No-Show, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

At Mecie and Company LLC, we strive to provide exceptional financial coaching services and value your time as much as ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notification.

• First Occurrence: A reminder of this policy will be sent, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Subsequent Occurrences: Clients will be charged the full session fee for missed sessions.

• Prepaid package clients: Missed sessions without proper notice will be counted as completed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session without penalty, clients must provide at least 24-48 hours notice before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations with Proper Notice: The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations with Less Than [Insert Timeframe]: Clients will be charged [Insert Fee Amount, e.g., the full session fee], or the session will be marked as completed for prepaid packages.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To reschedule a session, clients must provide at least [Insert Timeframe] notice.

• Rescheduling with Proper Notice: The session will be moved to a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional cost.

• Rescheduling with Less Than 24-48 hour: The session will be treated as a late cancellation, and applicable fees will apply.

Emergencies

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances, such as medical or family emergencies, may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at our discretion. Please notify us as soon as possible if such a situation occurs.

Refund Policy

Payments for missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions outside the allowable timeframe are non-refundable.
